In the first phase, we will build production lines with an annual output of 1.50 million tons, including GL, GI, ZAM, PPGI, PPGL, CRFH, and Batch-annealed cold-rolled coils. Production is set to commence in November 2025.
The second phase of the construction of a Six-Stands Pickling Line and Tandem Cold Mill (PLTCM) with an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons, aimed to begin production in 2027.
Relying on the Tangshan's huge steel industry cluster and proximity to major deep-water ports (such as Tianjin Port, Jingtang Port, and Caofeidian Port), Hongsheng is committed to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and high-value-added steel products through innovative technology and stable production capacity.
Tangshan is located close to large population centres and is logistically wellconnected to railways and several large ports, including Tianjin. In addition, there is a large number of iron ore and coal mines nearby.
In 2020, Tangshan recorded 144 million tons of crude steel production according to China’s National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Tangshan's produced far more steel than both India and Japan, as well as the combined output of USA, Germany and Brazil.
