HONGSHENG'S Cold Rolled Steel has good performance with high flatness and surface finish.   It has clean and bright surface and is easy to be coated and plated.   HONGSHENG’ s color coated steel coils are produced through a sophisticated line. The line is capable of painting in various colors and textures on different substrates that has the advantage of uniform surface/finish, long durability of product, color stability, chemical resistance, good adhesion of the paint film and corrosion protection.     The high-quality color coating adds to their aesthetic appeal. Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Coated Steel is a new type of highly corrosion resistant and environmentally friendly steel. It greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the steel and extends the service life of the steel. Even under severe corrosive environments, it shows its excellent performance and can extend the service life and reduce the cost, in line with the national policy of energy saving and emission reduction.   As a new generation of high corrosion-resistant coated steel, Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium Coated Steel has shown excellent performance in the industrial field by virtue of unique alloy formula and advanced technology.  

HONGSHENG'S Galvanized Steel is obtained by the process of surface cleaning, annealing, galvanize coating, drying, respectively, of Fullhard product rolled to the final thickness. Optionally, tempering, lubrication and passivation applications are also made.   It is applied on both sides of cold-rolled steel sheet using a precise continuous hot dip process and has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to zinc’s characteristic of self sacrifice.

HONGSHENG'S Galvalume  is a highly corrosion resistant coated steel with the addition of aluminium (passivation protection) to zinc, with a composition of 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon, which combines the barrier protection and extended durability of aluminium with the galvanic protection of zinc.   Galvalume has excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion. It's corrosion resistance is 2-4 times that of galvanized steel, and has the high temperature corrosion resistance of aluminium, smooth surface and good appearance.
