Mechanical and Metallurgical Laboratory
Raw materials undergo pre-production physical and chemical control in the Mechanical and Metallography Laboratory to assess suitability; finished products from the line also pass such tests for qualified delivery.
The lab conducts product testing, raw material & process controls—including elemental analysis, hardness/tensile/roughness tests, and microstructure checks via sample prep equipment and optical microscopes.
For process control, the galvanizing line's zinc pot chemical content is checked regularly.
Chemical Analysis Laboratory
The lab conducts regular controls on chemicals and chemical mixtures used in production lines at its Laboratory. For the cooling water emulsion in Cold Rolling Lines, it can test chlorine, iron, pH, conductivity, and oil ratio, and also regularly monitors the saponification and pollution rates of the oil contained therein.
In terms of the Galvanizing Line, it continuously detects the chemical ratio of the Cr³⁺ bath to help form a proper protective surface, and also carries out Zinc Coating Weight controls which are crucial for galvanized products.
In the Painting Line, it regularly tests the alkalinity, pollution level, pH, and conductivity of surface cleaning baths and pretreatment baths, which directly affect the final product.
Paint Laboratory
Our team provides technical services to customers. To meet demands accurately, it coordinates with suppliers while conducting wet and dry film controls on incoming paint raw materials.
Before products enter the color coating line, wet paint samples are checked for coating area, viscosity and density. Dry films are tested for thickness, gloss, surface hardness, bending resistance, chemical resistance and color suitability.
